1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days (via Royal Mail / Evri / DPD).

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the carrier.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

5. Damages Fox Media Tech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
